Acknowledge BEFORE Ordering

Please Note: Our custom lash strips are designed to mimic lash extensions. Due to the way they are handcrafted on a lash strip, the lash lengths may appear slightly longer than the listed millimeter size. This is normal and does not affect the intended final look when properly applied.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this disclaimer and understand that slight variations in appearance are expected with handmade custom lash strips.

Size Guide

 Small or Narrow Eyes

• 10-15mm (Natural)
• 12-16mm
• 13-18mm

Medium Eyes

• 13-18mm (Most Popular)

• 14-20mm
• 15-21mm

Larger Eyes

• 15-21mm
• 16-22mm
• 20-25mm (Extra Long & Dramatic)

•If your eyes are small or narrow, DO NOT get inner corners longer than 13mm because the strips will look bulky!!

Returns & Refund 

ALL SALES FINAL

Meaning we do not accept returns or refunds

In the event of purchasing the wrong style of lashes, email exoticminks1@gmail.com to switch styles qualifying for the same price value.

Shipping & Handling

Processing is 2-5 days (standard shipping) due to the volume of orders(Monday-Friday). I do NOT ship on weekends.

Standard shipping is 2-4 days

Allow packages 1-2 days for tracking to update! 

All expedited shipping orders will track by the end of the day  

Tracking 

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your purchase as soon as you place an order, followed by an email containing your tracking number. 

Incorrect Address

If you entered the incorrect address, email exoticminks1@gmail.com ASAP so we can change the address. This can only be done if your package hasn't been shipped out yet. Unfortunately, if your package has already been shipped out, we cannot do anything.
