Meaning we do not accept returns or refunds
In the event of purchasing the wrong style of lashes, email exoticminks1@gmail.com to switch styles qualifying for the same price value.
Shipping & Handling
Processing is 3-12 business days due to the volume of orders.
Shipping is 2-4 days
Allow packages 2-5 days for tracking to update! Shipping delays are NORMAL!
All expedited shipping orders will track within 1-2 days!
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email confirming your purchase as soon as you place an order, followed by an email containing your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
If you entered the incorrect address, email exoticminks1@gmail.com ASAP so we can change the address. This can only be done if your package hasn't been shipped out yet. Unfortunately, if your package has already been shipped out, we cannot do anything.
